Al Sadd announced the departure of head coach Roberto Mancini after eight months in charge of the first team.
The Italian manager leaves the Qatari champions after taking over from Felix Sanchez in November, and guiding the Wolves to the Qatar Stars League title.
Mancini, who previously managed Italy, Manchester City, Inter Milan and Saudi Arabia, had been under contract with Al Sadd until 2027, but his departure comes amid reports linking him with a return to the Italy national team.
