The Qatar national team will take part in the next edition of the CONCACAF Gold Cup set to be hosted by the United States next summer.
The World Cup hosts made their debut in the tournament last year, and reached the semifinals before suffering a 1-0 defeat against eventual champions the United States. Qatar’s Al-Moez Ali finished as top scorer with four goals to win the Golden Boot Award while making the tournament best XI alongside his team mate Akram Afif.
