Al-Rayyan have officially announced the signing of James Rodriguez from Everton.
The Colombia international has been in Doha since Monday and club sources have confirmed that he reached a deal with the club after passing a medical at Aspetar, the specialized orthopaedic and sports medicine hospital at Aspire Zone.
“Done,” the club posted on their Twitter account accompanied by a photo of James Rodriguez in his national team’s shirt, just ahead of their league game against their arch-rivals Al-Sadd. Everton also confirmed the transfer deal on their website without disclosing the transfer fee.
