The match came as part of the third preparation stage for the three-time Asian champions ahead of their 2022 FIFA World Cup participation.
Saleh Al-Shehri gave the Green Eagles the lead just before the break from the spot, but substitute Bekim Balaj equalized for the Albanians two minutes into the second half.
Saudi Arabia will face Argentina, Poland, and Mexico at the World Cup.
